Sunset Marquis | Unique. Even by Hollywood standards.
I’m not the best at keeping my cool when I see celebrities out in the world. I don’t try to talk to them or take pictures or anything like that, but a nervous energy washes over me, and all I can think about is how I want to tell anyone and everyone about the really famous musician I just happened to bump into at a touristy trinket shop in Oahu, whether they care to hear about it or not.
I don’t exactly play it cool, but I suppose I could be worse.
Needless to say, it’s easy for me to see how the mere idea of staying at a hotel where you might jsut be rubbing elbows with celebrities can be appealing. Potentially even more appealing than the the hotel itself.
The line here could be a little smoother, but I like the idea of it. And hey, I dug this out of some writer’s portfolio amidst a slew of brilliant work, so what do I know?
And that’s all for now. Time to check myself into rehab…or some hotel on the Sunset Strip. What’s the difference?
