Harley Davidson || The Legend Rolls On
There used to be no better advertising headlines than those that came out of Carmichael Lynch in Minneapolis. And, these old executions for Harley Davidson are among the best ever.
The bag of peanuts one still kills me. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve tried to write my own version of that. Spoiler alert: I haven’t.
The lines have absolutely nothing to do with the product. And, that’s the reason they work so well. They embody the spirit of the brand: The bad ass traveling roadster who literally throws caution to the wind everytime they let that engine roar. Riding a Harley through the country side without a care in the world is the only way to live. Struggling to open a bag of peanuts in a crowded airline seat is pathetic. Not much else to it.
